1. Services

Reclix Solution provides professional debt collection and recovery services across sectors such as healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, and utilities.

All services are performed in compliance with applicable laws and ethical collection practices.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, complete, and lawful data for recovery.
• Clients are responsible for verifying ownership of the debts submitted for collection.
• Reclix Solution will not be held liable for false, misleading, or unauthorized data provided by the client.

3. Service Fees and Payment

• Fees and payment terms are defined in the service agreement or proposal.
• Payments are to be made as per agreed milestones.
• Delays in payments may affect project timelines.
• All applicable taxes including GST are to be borne by the client.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and debtor-related information shared during the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Reclix Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use, data handling, or performance results.

6. Compliance

All activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, including data protection and fair debt collection regulations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the service agreement.

Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled immediately.
